Individual Awards
Passion and Purpose
The Passion and Purpose Award showcases the unique passions of our employees beyond the workplace. To apply, employees submit an application and essay describing their passion. Our dear friend, Pastor James Duncan of Urban Outreach and The Lord’s Gym in Northern Kentucky, selects the recipient, who can receive up to $1,500 to support their showcased passion.

Brand Ambassador Award
The Brand Ambassador Award recognizes an employee who represents our brands in person and on social media. This recognition is based on leadership feedback and social engagement through our Brand Ambassador Program along with personal social media pages.

Brick Wall Award
The Brick Wall Award recognizes an employee who will “run through a brick wall” to be successful. This employee is considered a brick in the foundation of the company and is someone we can rely on to grow our business for the foreseeable future.

Garden Hose Award
The Garden Hose Award recognizes an employee who is willing to “drink out of a hose”. Simply put, someone who excels with minimal resources, showing resilience, creativity, and determination to make the most of every opportunity.

Core Value Award
The Core Value Award recognizes an employee who truly lives our values every day. Someone who puts people first, stays present, demonstrates integrity always, lets discipline drive success, and inspires others with the belief that the best is ahead.
