Celebrating with the Region’s Best Employers
The Top Workplaces Celebration took place on May 20th, 2026 at the Hard Rock Casino in downtown Cincinnati. Each year, organizations from across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky come together to celebrate workplace culture and employee engagement. This year’s event honored more than 100 standout companies across the region.
We are proud to have ranked 34th in the small companies category, marking our seventh consecutive year of being recognized as a Top Workplace!
Attending the celebration was a meaningful opportunity for our team to connect with other organizations that are equally committed to building strong, people-first cultures. It was also a chance to reflect on the shared commitment that drives all of us forward, creating workplaces where employees can thrive.
