This past month, we held our annual Riley Decker Leadership Summit, uniting all 22 center leaders and company-wide leadership for an engaging in-person event. This summit is always a special opportunity to strengthen relationships, collaborate, and align on how we will continue to live out our mission of Changing Lives throughout the year.
This year’s sessions took a strong sales focus, including the rollout of our new internal sales process and strategies for building lasting client relationships. We also reinforced our recruiting processes to ensure our teams maintain a strong foundation as we continue to grow. Additionally, we aligned on company-wide goals and reaffirmed our core values, mission, and vision for the future.
We also had the opportunity to highlight this year’s theme, ‘The Climb to Excellence’. Our focus is on reaching new heights and achieving the peak of success. Whether through empowering our people or expanding our business, we are committed to making the climb together. By incorporating the theme into everything we do, we keep our teams motivated and aligned toward a shared goal. We’re looking forward to the climb ahead this year!
We were grateful to have some of our internal business partners and valued clients join us in person at the summit to engage with our leaders. Their sessions provided a great opportunity for our team to ask questions, share ideas, and gain firsthand sales insights.
While the summit was packed with learning sessions, we also made time to connect and have fun! We kicked off the week with a Happy Hour at our Riley Decker Headquarters, enjoyed team lunches and dinners, and capped it off with a night at Topgolf – the perfect way to unwind and build stronger relationships after a productive week.
We can’t wait to see our leaders implement the information they learned to drive success in their regions. We’re already looking forward to next year’s Leadership Summit!
