Why did you accept the position to start working at RDC?
After graduating from UC, I decided to pursue a career in human resources. Although I was new to the recruiting industry, I was very drawn to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals in my community improve their careers and their lives.
Why is changing lives important to you?
After more than two years in recruiting, I’ve had the privilege of watching many people completely transform their lives through stable, fulfilling positions that help them grow professionally and achieve financial stability. The satisfaction of seeing someone improve their life for the better continually inspires and motivates me to work hard and make a difference every day.
Which of our core values do you resonate most with?
What would you like everyone to know about you and your career journey at RDC?
I would love to continue being challenged and to deepen my understanding of recruiting and human resources. Every new experience helps me grow both personally and professionally, and I’m eager to keep learning, becoming comfortable in the uncomfortable, challenging myself, and developing the skills that will make me an even stronger HR professional and team member.
What is your goal(s) for 2025?
I am eager to continue growing and challenging myself within RDC and The Job Center. One of my personal goals for 2026 is to reach 200 lives changed on the leadership board. Part of my “why” is my team. Cincinnati/KY has such an amazing team. I’m also driven by my desire to gain as much experience in human resources as possible. Knowing that I can play even a small part in someone’s success motivates me daily to show up every day and give 100%.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
