What is Top Workplaces?
Each year, the employee survey firm Energage partners with the Cincinnati Enquirer to determine the best places to work in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. The award is based entirely on an employee engagement survey completed by the employees of participating companies. Our participation and recognition in this program are due to the exceptional feedback from our employees, reflecting our commitment to creating a supportive and empowering workplace.
Top Workplaces Rally
The Top Workplaces Rally took place on May 22nd, 2024, at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in downtown Cincinnati. The event recognized 126 companies in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area as Top Workplaces for 2024. We are proud to have ranked 46th in the small companies category, marking our fifth consecutive year of being recognized as a Top Workplace!
Attending the award ceremony was a truly memorable experience for our team. We were thankful for the opportunity to celebrate our achievements and reflect on the core values that drive our success. We were also able to connect with professionals from other top-rated organizations.
