On Sunday, April 20th, 2024, we were thrilled to finalize the transaction of Riley Decker Companies’ first-ever acquisition! The acquired company, Connections Training and Staffing, is based in Denver, Colorado. This strategic move marks our most recent and first-ever acquisition, further enhancing our reputation as a dynamic force in the staffing industry.
Connections is a first-class, locally-owned staffing agency founded in 2012. It offers recruiting, training, and staffing expertise for positions ranging from general labor to skilled CNC Machinists to Project Managers. The company’s mission is to improve client’s productivity, efficiency, and cost savings by providing quality employees and a quick response. We are thrilled to uphold their mission and integrate it within our strong company core values.
While we have established ourselves in the light industrial sector, the addition of hospitality staffing through Connections opens up new horizons for us. This now stations us with a presence of 23 Centers across 12 States. We are excited about the potential to serve a broader range of clients and meet their evolving needs.
Leading up to this milestone, our team members have dedicated significant time to visiting and collaborating with the Connections Team. Our support teams, including Sales, IT, Back Office, and Operations, have prioritized efforts to streamline processes, optimize efficiencies, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, mirroring the standards set at our existing centers.
