This recognition means a lot to us because it reflects what we value most: our people and the culture we build together. This year, we took the ‘court’ with a little extra team spirit as we celebrated alongside some of the Greater Cincinnati region’s best employers.
What This Recognition Means
The Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work program recognizes organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati that are creating outstanding workplace environments. Companies are evaluated through anonymous employee surveys that measure key areas including workplace culture, compensation, trust in leadership, and day-to-day engagement. It gives organizations an opportunity to celebrate the culture they have built, while continuing to look for ways to make their workplaces even better.
A Night of Team Spirit
The Cincinnati Business Courier hosted its annual Best Places to Work awards celebration on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at FC Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium.
The pep rally-style celebration brought together more than 500 attendees and recognized 63 finalist employers from across the Greater Cincinnati region. The event was all about bringing teams together, celebrating accomplishments, and recognizing the organizations that are making an impact in the workplace.
As this year’s MVP Sponsor, Riley Decker Companies was proud to help bring the celebration to life. Our team showed up ready to represent, bringing our Riley Decker jerseys, team pride, and plenty of energy to the event.
And while the basketball theme made for a fun night, the message behind it is something we believe every day: the best teams are built together.
