Every March, the excitement of basketball tournament season comes to life at Riley Decker Companies. Our annual March Madness brackets have become a highly anticipated tradition, offering both employees and clients a chance to take part in friendly competition, meaningful engagement, and a lot of fun along the way!
External Bracket Challenge
There’s more to partnership than business – and our Client Bracket Challenge is one way we bring that to life each March. It adds a fun, interactive element to the month and creates an opportunity for a little friendly competition outside of day-to-day conversations. It’s just one of the ways we show our appreciation for the relationships we’ve built.
1st Place Winner
Congratulations to Cheri Foster for earning first place in the competition and winning a “Trip On Us,” including $500 toward airfare and $500 toward hotel accommodations.
2nd Place Winner

Employee Bracket Challenge
Our Internal Bracket Challenge brings the energy of the tournament to our own teams, giving employees a chance to compete throughout March. It’s become a go-to tradition that sparks connection and a little friendly rivalry across the company.
