January Employee Spotlight 2025
Meet Emily Brucken, our January Employee Spotlight! Emily joined our team in March 2023 and is a Marketing Specialist for our brands, Galaxy Healthcare and The Job Center. Read below to learn about Emily’s “why” at work, what changing lives means to her, and more about her life outside of work!
Why did you accept the position to start working at RDC?
I accepted the position at RDC because I was inspired by their core values and vision of changing lives. I was also drawn to the opportunity to work across different brands within the company and collaborate with diverse teams while gaining unique insights into various industries.
Why is changing lives important to you?
Changing lives is important to me because it is helping people achieve their goals and reach new milestones. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work we do every day directly impacts individuals, their families, and their communities.
Which of our core values do you resonate most with?
What would you like everyone to know about you and your career journey at RDC?
This journey has been one of growth and learning! It has been great to see our team continue to grow and work towards the core value of “Best is Ahead” every day.
What is your goal(s) for 2025?
My goal for 2025 is to make an impact by driving meaningful results and building stronger connections within the RDC team. I’m committed to stepping outside of my comfort zone, taking on new challenges, and continuing to develop as a professional and team player.
What is your “why”? What motivates you to show up everyday & give 100%?
My “why” is the opportunity to make a difference. Knowing that my work contributes to helping support our team and their success, is what motivates me!
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I love to hang out with my friends and family. I also love reading and traveling!
