Kameron Butler is a Kentucky native who plays defensive line for the Miami of Ohio Redhawks football team. Kam is a Junior who is majoring in sports leadership and management.
Kam is originally from Florence, Kentucky. He attended high school at Covington Catholic high school where he was the team captain. Kam was also named MVP during his junior year. He was also named a 5A all-star and the District 5 Player of the Year.
During his career at the University of Miami, he has been named Second Team All-MAC for 2019 and 2020. In 2019, he was awarded the team’s Defensive Power Player of the Year honor. He has also been named a MAC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete ad Academic All-MAC. During his 2020 season, He earned the MAC Defensive Player of the Week.
