The Digital Marketing Specialist role is focused on our largest brand out of our five brands and will work with the Marketing Manager and the brand leaders to help shape marketing strategy for this dynamic brand while getting to be a part of a larger marketing team that is servicing all Riley Decker Companies brands.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

● Project manage marketing strategy of the assigned brands to set targets, milestones,

and measure ROI

● Work cross-functionally and within the marketing department to create, implement, and

monitor brand standards for assigned brands

● Create, manage, and updated all Facebook pages

● Create, manage, and updated all Google My Business pages and respond to all public reviews

● Oversee receiving all Facebook and Google budgets monthly and execute ad spend accordingly

● Oversee the Social Media Ambassador program

● Work cross-functionally and within the marketing department to create lead generation

and candidate nurture strategy across the website, digital platforms, job boards,

applications, chatbot, texting, email, and other tools as identified

● Be a brand champion! Ensure all brand team members are representing the brand well

in person and online, providing resources, guidelines, and training

● All other duties as assigned
