The Business Development Representative (BD Rep) position is a crucial position within each Riley Decker location. The Business Development Rep will create and build client relationships. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations. In addition, the Business Development Representative must demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills).
