We have recently been named a finalist for the 2022 Best Places to Work in Cincinnati, OH! Last week, we celebrated by attending the Best Places to Work Pep Rally hosted by the Cincinnati Business Courier at TQL Stadium, home of FC Cincinnati. Although this is the first year we have attended under the Riley Decker Company name, this isn’t the first time we have won!
In 2019, we participated as The Job Center Staffing, our largest staffing brand within the Riley Decker Companies Family. We had only just established the Riley Decker Brand and structure, so we participated as The Job Center Staffing while we worked on increasing Riley Decker Companies’ brand awareness. 2019 was the first year we were named a finalist for Best Places to Work.
In 2021, we again participated as The Job Center Staffing, only we returned stronger! After not being recognized as a finalist in 2020, we made sure our internal culture was an environment that emphasized growth and opportunity for all our employees. And they felt it! We were honored to be awarded first place in the medium size business category. Not only are you able to be an overall winner, there is the opportunity to win the spirit award on the day of the event. Each organization comes in matching apparel with noise makers, signs, and/or whatever else can draw attention of the Spirit Judges. We won the spirit award by bringing posters, noise makers, and dressing up!
This year, in 2022, we were very excited to participate as Riley Decker Companies for the first time. This means we could include all of our outstanding brands: Riley Decker Companies, The Job Center Staffing, MOR Talent Solutions, and Galaxy Healthcare Staffing. This year became the second consecutive year that we have been awarded first place in our category. We were also recognized as an MVP Sponsor for the event. As a MVP sponsor, we had our brand logo on the big screen at TQL Stadium and our CEO, Kyle Decker, spoke and shared his industry knowledge with attendees.
